Direct Payments
If you are in receipt of a Direct Payment from your local authority or a Personal Health Budget from the NHS to enable you to manage your own care, there’s various ways that we can support you:
- We provide a Managed Account service, meaning that we can take care of payments coming in and out of the account in line with your support plan.
- If you employ a carer as part of your Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget, our Payroll service is here to support you.
